Coventry Cathedral

Basil Spence’s modernist design was built between 1956-62 alongside the ruined shell of the original 14th century Gothic building, destroyed during World War II. It is home to celebrated artworks by Jacob Epstein, Graham Sutherland, John Piper, John Hutton, Geoffrey Clarke, Elisabeth Frink and others
