I’m thrilled that Kai reads every day. It makes sense since his mother and I do as well.
However it can get rather extreme. This summer a local frozen yogurt shop has agreed to offer kids 5 dollars worth of frozen yogurt for every 500 pages that they read. Thus far, in the past month or two he has racked up over $75 worth of those coupons. I feel a bit guilty unleashing him on them.
Oh well.
