I saw Haller’s 1968 "Schematischer Übersichtsplan" for Berlin in Radikal Modern at the Berlinische Galerie, but can’t find any documentation online. (The “schematic overview plan” was for Berlin, and proposed - not entirely seriously I think - a city for a billion people by covering the entire territory of Berlin with slab high-rise buildings irrespective of local geography.)
