It takes a name and address to feed this mess back to the marketing team…
1) Maybe they’ll send something to apologise?
2) Maybe they’ll just amend his personal data? CAT DEAD!! NO CAT STUFF!!
3) Maybe they’ll sort their database out and get more recent data before they flog it to Whiskas? In which case they don’t need his name and address as they’ll clean up *all* their data.Maybe all 3. Choose your own adventure marketing.
I’d like to see the ‘sorry your cat died’ personal message they send him if it is via the post.
