I remember when Jenny Holzer was something you saw on walls, not in museums, and I remember when it seemed absolutely relevant to every waking moment and I remember no longer feeling that way and now here we are and it feels like these words just arrived to mark this moment in time, a subterranean hiss coming from some unexpected American earth.
