Station to Station: A Nomadic Happening - a moving public art project in the USA.
In Sept 2013, a train will travel from from New York to San Francisco, connecting ‘artists, musicians and creative pioneers’.
Traveling for 3 weeks, making ten stops along the way - each stop will feature art exhibitions, film screenings, performances, and other site-specific happenings, curated by artist Doug Aitken.
Funds from ticket sales and donations will be distributed to partner cultural institutions.via @proteinfeed
