A Little Information Design Goes a Long Way
These neighboring “No Parking” signs share iconic crossed out letter P. The one of the right is paired with a jumble of words in all caps.
On the left though, somebody took the time to design a readable sign. Information has been prioritized with “No Parking” written in nice big text, reversed out with white on red in the header. The next two lines add some qualifications with a horizontal separator and all of it written in title case, with the mix of upper and lower case letters rather than SHOUTING IN ALL CAPS.
