I shouldn’t get embroiled in the games of a troll. I know this. And yet, and yet. He just makes me so angry. And even though I’m trying hard to give up on anger, or at least let go of it, I’m just having a hard time with that today.
I can’t stand this whole “fake Tweet deletions” bit Patton did today. It does nothing except reinforce perceptions of persecution among straight, white, cis, able-bodied dudes who never have to worry about feeling threatened by language.
I used to be a huge Patton Oswalt fan. I bought his albums, and his book. I can’t see myself ever doing that again. But what does he care, I’m just one person, and I’m different from him, so he already knows he doesn’t like me.
