Olive groves in Tunisia form a colorful pattern on the landscape as they trace its multicolored hills and valleys. Tunisia is expected to produce roughly 240,000 tons of olive oil this year, placing it among top producers like Spain, Greece and Italy. And, with mostly chemical-free orchards, Tunisia exports more organic olive oil than any other nation.
